In this tournament, squads clash using custom made weapons known as Gadgets, battling until only one team remains. Though Wrench and her crew give it their all, their track record is shaky, with victories and defeats coming in equal measure.

Determined to turn the tide, Wrench inserts an enigmatic computer chip, once owned by her grandfather, into her Gadget. To her surprise, this act summons a formidable girl who calls herself Mona Chrome. With her overwhelming strength, Chrome joins Boltechs, propelling the team up the ranks. Yet as rival teams scramble to match their newfound dominance, whispers grow about Chrome's origins and the true nature of her abilities.

What begins as a quest for glory soon becomes a deeper mystery, forcing Wrench and her teammates to confront unsettling questions. As the competition intensifies, the line between ally and anomaly starts to blur, testing their bonds and resolve.
